Young people, schools, new technologies. But also information, work, and
the opportunity to make comparisons. These are the themes which led to
the creation of the Digital Youth Consortium projects. These are varied
initiatives of international interest, designed according to original formulae.
They include competitions, on-line publications, tools for immediate communication
and for appropriate in-depth studies. Our initiatives start from a detailed study
of the needs of young people, in order to arrive at an operating structure which
involves public and private partners from various different sectors. Our aim is
to effectively develop long-term education and training programmes for young
people through the use of new technologies.
